Peter Mayhew to host The Recycler Live
April 13, 2018
This year’s conference will once again be hosted by the Lightwords director.
Peter Mayhew has been confirmed to once again step into the host’s shoes at June’s ‘The Recycler Live’ conference in Hungary.
Mayhew, an extensively connected industry analyst and frequent speaker at industry events, takes up the role fresh from helming The Recycler Live Frankfurt Seminars at this year’s Remanexpo show at Messe Frankfurt.
As Senior Analyst and Director of market research, analysis, and consulting company Lightwords Imaging, Mayhew boasts more than 35 years of experience across the industry, and holds an in-depth understanding of the product, application and technology trends in the consumer, commercial, document and wide-format markets.
As well as this, he possesses thorough insight into a variety of adjacent industries, such as both original and aftermarket inks and toners, recycled papers, and commercial printing. Prior to his position at Lightwords, he served as European Analyst for Lyra Research Inc., and held multiple senior positions in international sales and marketing at Ilford Imaging.
“Naturally, I am delighted to be asked back to host The Recycler Live – Summer Conference in Budapest this year,” said Mayhew, who called the event “unique”, and “the only forum in Europe to fully debate the condition and future of the Office Document Printing Market, with all interested parties.”
UK-based Lightwords also has offices in the United States and Japan, and will celebrate its 10th anniversary in 2018.
The Recycler Live – Budapest will take place on the 21st and 22nd of June at the Corinthia Hotel, and feature a packed roll call of some of the most inspiring and creative professionals from across the industry. Visitors will be able to enjoy a plethora of talks, seminars and workshops, as well as an unrivalled opportunity to network and share knowledge, in one of Europe’s most picturesque cities.
Mayhew added: “It never fails to provide thought provoking discussion and insight; there are challenges in all segments of the office printing market but also, many opportunities for growth and profit. If you have any interest in this market, you have to be there.”
