Partner status for five star Datamax
February 21, 2018
The company has been named a Canon Advanced Partner for the fifth time in as many years.
Texas-based company Datamax Inc. has achieved Advanced Partner Status with Canon for 2018, the fifth consecutive year that it has been awarded the distinction.
Datamax President Barry Simon declared the company were “thrilled and honoured” by the successive recognition, which comes in the year of Datamax’s 35th anniversary of partnering with the company. Simon credited the OEM as a key ingredient in Datamax’s success through Texas and Arkansas over the decades, and said: “We value our long-standing relationship with this innovative organisation, and we look forward to continued success together moving ahead.”
Only 10 percent of the Canon Authorised Dealership community qualifies for the Advanced Partner programme; membership is reliant on the quality of service and products provided. Advanced Partners are offered support from Canon to aid them in their success – this includes access to senior management, sales and enhanced ordering support, and priority product and service training.
“Qualifying for this program means you provide high quality products, service and business practices,” said Executive Vice President and General Manager of Canon USA’s Business Imaging Solutions Group, Toyotsugu Kuwamura. “With the Advanced Partner Program, we can take our relationship and your business to the next level.”
Datamax has also been named a Canon ATSP Service Provider for ten years in a row, as well as a Konica Minolta PRO-TECH Service Provider for four successive years, and a Microsoft Gold Partner since 2006. Last year, Arkansas Business voted the company as “One of the Best Places to Work.”
