Pantum unveils Efficient Work Companions

The company has revealed its new line of printers for small business offices.
Announcing the release, Pantum asked what makes a “good work companion for small business offices,” postulating on which functions and features were essential in an MFP.
Among the answers were speed – both for printing and scanning – as well as high printing quality; stability was also given as an essential, alongside durability and consistency. Furthermore, Pantum opined that MFPs for small businesses should be smart – allowing network sharing and mobile printing – as well as simple, in terms of installation, use, and maintenance.
With this in mind, the company has launched its Pantum 4S Efficient Work Companions family of MFPs, which are “designed to upgrade your office from the outside look to inside functions.”
The series is designed for people sharing within a network or wirelessly, and features a printing speed and paper input tray specifically designed with SMB users in mind. The MFPs also boast a “sleek exterior” that will “fit in any business environment” whilst taking up minimum space.
The new additions to the line offer 35 ppm print speeds with duplex printing, and a maximum monthly printing value of 60,000 pages, according to Pantum.
The MFPs also feature a “durable metal frame and strong gears” to ensure a long lifespan, and the “separate toner and drum cartridge design” means that the printers “will last longer and save money.” Other features include a 250 page input tray, “suitable for daily use with low refill frequencies.”
Additionally, the printers come with a wireless connection, making them “more accessible than ever,” and Pantum has also designed the Pantum App, “to ease the process of joining, printing, and scanning through wireless and NFC connection.” The printers support both AirPrint and Mopria, with “high adaptability for both IOS and Android systems.”
“A printer designed to work around you and your business is always what Pantum want to achieve in the process of developing,” the company stated. “These are also the core of our 4S Efficient Work Companion product concept.”
