OKI releases latest financial results

The company has announced its latest financial results for the fiscal year that ended 31 March 2022.

For the period, OKI saw net sales of ¥352.1 billion ($2.74 billion/ €2.63 billion), a year-on-year decrease of ¥40.8 billion ($317 million/ €305 million). For the components and platforms business segment that includes OKI’s LED printers, net sales were ¥189 billion ($1.47 billion/ €1.41 billion).

Oki said that it saw substantial supply chain impact, that resulted in a decrease in sales and fall in profits. To counter these impacts, OKI said that it has “steadily implemented investments for the future and planned structural reforms”. The company added that it expects the supply chain impact to continue this year.
