Nubeprint announced its Cart-E printer monitoring app is now available for download in The App Store for iOS based mobile phones.
Nubeprint first launched its monitoring app for Android phones in January 2019.
The company said: “The app has been very successfully adopted by printer users as well as resellers who look to enhance their customers’ user experience.”
The app not only collects the status of the printer and transmits it to the reseller who can view its current state remotely, but it also eliminates the need for the end-customer from the cumbersome tasks of monitoring toner levels, the need to shop and find the right replacement cartridge and the hassle of having to find and contact the right technician to fix the printer.
All iPhone users can take advantage of this tool to monitor their printers, immediately by just downloading the app on their mobile phone.
Nubeprint app is available from AppStore and from PlayStore at no cost.
