Novatech announced the appointment of Steven DeMaayer as Chief Executive Officer.
Alongside this leadership transition, Novatech also announced that Dan Cooper has joined the company’s Board of Directors and will become a member of the Perpetual Capital Partners team, supporting Novatech and other initiatives.
