With the wholly-owned acquisition of Rustler Bürosysteme GmbH, NOBIX is driving its successful expansion strategy forward at a rapid pace.
The acquisition of Rustler Bürosysteme GmbH marks another significant milestone in the acquisition strategy of Managed Service Provider NOBIX. This is once again expanding its regional market presence in Munich. Systemhaus Bissinger GmbH and Digital Mountain GmbH, which are also part of the NOBIX Group, are also actively represented in the Bavarian capital. The company says that this leads to strong synergy effects with regard to sales, technical and administrative aspects.
The NOBIX Group is further expanding its existing portfolio with the acquisition of the company and complements it with Rustler’s expertise and many years of experience in the market for managed print services.
Rustler has made a name for itself as a competent partner for all matters relating to the processing of documents in the office environment. The range of services include the provision of office equipment such as multifunction systems, printers, scanners and shredders. This includes the maintenance of the systems with their own service technicians, the automated supply of consumables and all services relating to managed print service.
“With regard to the acquisition of Rustler, we are very pleased about the stronger presence of our group of companies in Munich. From the very beginning, we have convinced us of the high professionalism and satisfaction of our customers. Because it is precisely these special characteristics that fit one thing to our own performance promise, our values and our corporate culture,” said Jörg Radler, Co-CEO of the NOBIX Group.
Kaj von Wedelstädt and Falk Horn, Managing Director of Rustler, added: “Our two companies fit together optimally at every level, both in human and technical terms. Therefore, we have agreed on the sale in record time and are thereby laying a solid foundation for the successful future of our business. We are pleased to continue to contribute our expertise to the Group. This is entirely in the interests of our customers, who benefit greatly from our integration into the NOBIX Group.”
The NOBIX Group is taking a great strategic benefit from the acquisition of Rustler for its market positioning. The acquisition is another important step in the group’s ambitious acquisition strategy. “We continue to grow and are constantly looking for companies that want to go a common path with us. In our expansion, we are setting a clear focus on the IT and Managed Print Services (MPS) segment and focus on southern Germany,” explains Dominik Welz, CFO of the NOBIX Group.
