Ninestar posts third quarter results

Ninestar Corp. has released its third quarter 2019 results after the previously posted performance forecast.

After predicting an estimated a 31.05 percent to 51.21 percent increase in profit for the period of 1 January to 30 September, Ninestar’s released results show a profit increase of 43.63 percent compared to the same period of the previous year. Net profit for the period was ¥306.14 million ($43.38 million/ € 39.05 million) and operating income was ¥6.05 billion ($857.25 million/ € 771.64 million) up 10.47 percent year-on-year.

Ninestar stated in its performance forecast that the company’s consumables and microelectronics chip business were affected by the market and Lexmark’s international business operations are improving, and net profit is increasing, mainly due to the increase in gross profit and the decrease in fees compared to 2018.
