MPSA updates Managed Print Certified accreditation
July 29, 2024
The Managed Print Services Association (MPSA) announced an update to the Managed Print Certified accreditation.
This update aims to ensure that the assessment is current and relevant for evaluating managed print services (MPS) providers in today’s dynamic market, the association explained.
With member input from ACDI, MPS Monitor, Predictive InSight, and the standards and best practices committee, the revised accreditation focuses on evaluating the methods MPS providers use to collect, analyse, and utilise data. This update reflects the latest industry trends and technological advancements, providing a robust framework for MPS providers to optimize their service delivery, MPSA said.
“The update to the Managed Print Certified accreditation underscores our commitment to maintaining high standards in the MPS industry,” said Eric Crump, MPSA President and Director of Strategic Alliances for RINGDALE. “By ensuring the accreditation criteria is up to date, we help providers meet the evolving needs of their clients effectively.”
