MPS Monitor announced a record-breaking year marked by robust growth, strategic market expansion, and the restructuring of its distribution channel in the Americas. Building on its mission to provide top-tier remote monitoring solutions to the Dealers’ and Managed Print Providers’ global community, MPS Monitor achieved a 36% year-over-year revenue increase and a 30% rise in the number of managed devices in 2024.
Key milestones in 2024:
- The company recorded a 36% surge in revenue and increased its fleet of managed devices by 30%.
- MPS Monitor now monitors over 2.3 million devices across 75 countries.
- Throughout 2024, MPS Monitor’s platform received high praise from top-tier analysts, evaluators, industry leaders, and partners—including IDC, Keypoint Intelligence, Quocirca, the Managed Print Services Association (MPSA), and Impact Networking.
- A fully staffed North American-based team, including local Senior Management and a dedicated group of Technical Implementation and Support professionals, has been established. This expansion ensures that MPS Monitor can comprehensively serve American customers across all time zones. Also, an integration agreement has been signed with DXOne ERP, powered by Acumatica, the most innovative Cloud ERP solution specifically designed for the Office Technology industry.
- MPS Monitor has signed non-exclusive distribution agreements with three major players in the American Imaging channel—ecoprintQ, Predictive Insight, and Katun USA. These partners, the company said, will drive sales and provide dedicated support resources, focusing on delivering the MPS Monitor platform to Dealers and MPS providers in North and South America.
