Metrofuser achieves 15yr milestone
January 19, 2018
The US-based remanufacturer has revealed this week that it is celebrating 15 years of service.
“Metrofuser set out to be a boutique re-manufacturer,” said Will DeMuth, Chief Operating Officer, “establishing locations close to its customer bases in major metropolitan areas while offering a rich product line, exclusive products and maintaining the high standards for quality. ”
Since its establishment in 2003, Metrofuser has remanufactured more than 500,000 parts and printers and trained over 500 printer technicians. In addition, Metrofuser has designed innovated service tools that help service companies increase revenue opportunities and cut costs.
?”Over the years the many competitors have moved their operations to Mexico and China,” noted DeMuth. “To survive and to thrive as company in such a climate is only possible when you have the hardest-working, most dedicated group of people working together. We want to pause and thank our staff and customers for their support and their loyalty. We look forward to a bright future as we see new opportunities over the next 12-24 months to continue our growth.”
?Eric Katz, Metrofuser’s Chief Financial Officer added, “Over our 15 years in business, we have maintained a dedication to the values that have always been the foundation of this company – a meticulous approach to quality, a commitment to keep our production green and in the USA and an obligation to give our customers the best service possible. At the same time, we are continually tweaking and improving our processes and evolving as a company. It’s not easy, but these are the challenges that motivate us.
?“Our customers see the evidence of this in the parts and solutions we deliver to them. We don’t succeed unless they succeed. Everyone – from our suppliers to our staff to our loyal customers to our families – have played a role in making Metrofuser what it is today and what it will become tomorrow.”
