January 28, 2025
Marco announced it has been awarded an additional contract with the Cooperative Purchasing Connection (CPC) to provide interactive technology solutions to schools, local governments, and nonprofit organisations in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.
This new contract expands Marco’s existing partnership with CPC, which already includes contracts for sound amplification and physical security solutions.
The new contract (#25.3) enables Marco to offer a comprehensive suite of interactive technology solutions, including:
- Audio-visual equipment
- Multimedia and interactive furniture
- Chromebooks
- Mobile devices
- Large format printers
The contract features products from manufacturers such as Audio Enhancements, Audio Technica, Crestron, Legrand (Chief and Da-Lite), Newline, Panasonic, HP, Poly, QSC, Shure, and Carousel Tightrope.
While the existing contracts (#24.1 and #23.3) are only available in Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota, this new contract is also available in Wisconsin.
“We’re excited to expand our reach into Wisconsin with this new contract,” said Brenda Wall, Technology Advisor at Marco. “These organisations can know they’re getting competitive pricing without the lengthy bidding process.”
The pre-bid contract process through CPC significantly reduces procurement time, allowing organisations to quickly implement technology solutions while ensuring competitive pricing and quality service.
Marco said it was awarded this contract based on several qualifying criteria, including competitive pricing, quality service and support, and an extensive product portfolio.
