Marco named Top Workplace 2020

The Des Moines Register named Marco a winner of the Iowa Top Workplaces 2020 Award.
For the fifth time, Marco has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honour by The Des Moines Register.
Top Workplaces are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures fifteen drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organisation: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
Marco currently has 70 employees across Iowa in Cedar Rapids, Des Moines, Mason City, Quad Cities, Sioux City and Waterloo.
