Marco acquires in Wisconsin

Marco broadens its copier and printer business with the acquisition of Wisconsin Imaging Solutions.
Marco Technologies announced its acquisition of Wisconsin Imaging Solutions, a copier and printer company in New Berlin, Wisconsin. Wisconsin Imaging’s team will join Marco’s sales and service team to serve and support clients from Marco’s office in Brookfield, Wisconsin.
“As we evolve, we are proud to announce that Wisconsin Imaging Solutions is joining the Marco team,” said Tony Beck, who co-owns Wisconsin Imaging Solutions with Steve Plahuta. “This move will allow us to offer a wider variety of products and services along with the knowledge and experience that Marco brings, which allows us to expand our offerings and spur future growth.”
Marco, based in St. Cloud, Minnesota, has offices in 12 states. Marco established its presence in the Wisconsin area in 2011, through an acquisition, and has since grown to having locations in Brookfield, Eau Claire, La Crosse, Little Chute, Madison and Wausau.

Marco is an integrated technology provider with 51 locations throughout the United States, Marco has more than 1,200 employees and serves about 30,000 clients.
