M2 co-hosts new print event
January 10, 2018
M2, Ricoh and Nuance are banding together to host a Print Security and GDPR event in London.
M2 explains that the event will help consumers discover how the latest security and workflow technology can “help you work smarter and protect your business in the future.”
The event is to be hosted by Ricoh UK at their London offices in Broadgate Tower on 6 February 2018. It will consist of a Security and GDPR Seminar, “with a lens on industry trends and current business concerns from Ricoh VP, Mike Irvine”, which will be followed by a buffet lunch.
There will be four technology discovery zones, sessions from Ricoh, Nuance and M2 experts in MPS, Print Security and Document Management, and a live demo on Unified Communications and Workplace Services from Condeco’s Simon Cohen.
Toby Hales, M2’s Regional Sales Director – South, comments:
“With just 74 working days until May 25 the GDPR countdown is on – can you afford to miss this specialist event that brings together the experts in secure capture, print and document technology?
“Print is an often overlooked but key component of GDPR compliance, and is one area that can be quickly resolved to secure the input and output of documents via your print infrastructure to help improve your GDPR health.”
“As an independent M2 service and support mixed fleets every day. This is the operating norm for 71% of UK businesses – so it was a natural step to develop our print security services and audits to work in the same way.
Bill Forrest, IT Director M2, comments:
“We’re excited to be showcasing our Print Security Services in this collaborative environment and look forward to welcoming visitors to the M2 zone.“
