Lyreco Benelux announced Roy Meter as its new Managing Director for the Benelux.
Meter started on 4 March 2025 and brings a wealth of B2B experience. He held various commercial and management positions at international level, first in the automotive sector and later with distributors of industrial products and business equipment.
In his last position he was Managing Director in the Netherlands for a world leading company in cleaning systems, products and services for both consumers and industries.
Lyreco Benelux said: “With his international management background, strong leadership and analytical skills, his passion for growth and experience with change management, he is the ideal person to further expand the Benelux branch of our organisation and realize our growth ambitions.”
In preparation for his new role, Meter will undergo an intensive induction programme, during which he will get to know the organisation at all levels. From 1 June 2025, Meter will take on full responsibility as Managing Director.
With the arrival of Roy Meter, a new phase begins for Lyreco Benelux. Paul Vieijra, the current Managing Director, will officially retire after a successful career as of 1 April 2026. Until then, he will continue to fulfil an advisory role as Non-Executive Director.
