LVL obtains ISO 9001 certification

LVL announced it has received ISO 9001 certification, an acknowledgement that the company says attests to the excellence of its processes, its organisation, and its commitment to providing high-quality products and services.
The globally recognised ISO 9001 standard certifies that the company has implemented a rigorous management system focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. ISO 9001 is based on key principles such as customer orientation, commitment of management and employees, transparency, and process control.
LVL believes that this certification demonstrates quality, traceability at each stage and expertise of LVL as well as its ability to answer with rigor to requirements of its customers, while being a key player in the processing of WEEE waste.
ISO 9001 certification also recognises LVL’s quality policy, which values management’s commitment to placing people at the heart of its processes and the expertise of its employees. It also highlights the company’s ability to adapt its practices to meet the needs of its customers, while maintaining a high level of performance and satisfaction.
LVL’s CEO is delighted with this recognition and declared: “This certification is a true pride for us all at the house of LVL. WEEELABEX is a specific European standard for the management of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE).
