LION toner gains German traction

German Imaging Technologies secures CPM deal to grow sustainable print supplies in Europe.

German Imaging Technologies (GIT), a long-established producer of sustainable remanufactured toner cartridges, has signed a new distribution partnership with Germany-based CPM Europe GmbH.

The agreement will see CPM Europe add GIT’s premium LION-branded toner cartridges to its product offering across Germany and Europe. The move is designed to meet growing demand in the region for high-quality, environmentally responsible printing supplies, and complements CPM’s existing services in printers, multifunction devices, managed print services, and device maintenance.

Commenting on the partnership, GIT CEO Dr Sassan Dieter Khatib-Shahidi said: “I am very happy to announce our new found cooperation with CPM Europe GmbH in Germany.”

Founded in 1999, GIT has built its reputation in the Middle East and Africa, and is now expanding further into European markets. Its LION toner cartridges are positioned as a sustainable, high-performance alternative to OEM products, aligned with wider environmental goals and circular economy principles.
