Lexmark enhances global partner programme

‘Lexmark Connect’ now includes new benefits and enhancements for 2020 to “empower” Lexmark channel partners.

Lexmark announced enhancements to its global partner programme that empowers partners to reach new levels of success, Lexmark said. Lexmark Connect provides all types of partners access to imaging solutions and technologies, as well as tools, resources and benefits that help them win more business opportunities and improve their bottom?line.

The programme is seeing significant enhancements for 2020.

“To drive growth, a partner programme must prioritise simplicity. We have enhanced Lexmark Connect with that in mind,” said Thomas Valjak, Vice President, EMEA Channel Sales. “We want to enable partners to easily tap into our deep bench of tools, resources and expertise. Partners will find it easier to enrol, to follow, and to earn benefits.”

In addition to regular promotions and financial benefits that motivate partner sales teams to grow and maximise profits, Lexmark Connect is structured to reward partner success. “Through our tiered approach, the more you grow, the more you gain from the programme,” Valjak added.

Lexmark Connect provides different programme tracks for a customised experience, tailored to the partner’s specific business model and customer base, for Business Solutions Partners, Commercial Partners and Distribution Partners.

Lexmark explained that Business Solutions Partners can add value to their customers with insights that position them as trusted advisors fostering higher level conversations with customers that lead to more sales. Resources help those partners expand their in-house capabilities and increase sales performance, including direct support from a sales representative. Commercial Partners need to move quickly so Lexmark said that it provides tools to help them go faster and further.

“We furthermore want to intensify our work with Distribution Partners to attract more resellers specifically in the open market to our programme,” said Valjak, “and overall we will co-invest more with partners across segments into telling their customers what great solutions they can offer, and reward growth accordingly.”

Lexmark Connect provides partners insight and custom solutions, from training and education to beyond-the-box capabilities that can help partners to further differentiate their offering. 

Key benefits and enhancements to the channel programmes for 2020 include:

  • New training and education opportunities to build partner’s knowledge and expertise
