Leadership changes at THS and MHS

As already planned, when the company was taken over by the Altkin Group, Christian Schulte will step down as Managing Director, and Simone Schroers will take over the position.
In a social media post, THS announced the leadership changes resulting in Schulte handing over the management of the THS Group to Simone Schroers at the end of the year.
This step was already planned when the company was taken over by the Altkin Group in September 2023. Schulte will step down as Managing Director and Simone Schroers, currently already Managing Director of MHS and THS, will pave the way for her to take over sole responsibility.
Christian Schulte first joined THS Group in 2005, working closely with Ingolf Hell on the company’s development. In 2017, he acquired Ingolf Hell’s remaining shares, fully taking the reins. Since then, he has guided THS Group through critical growth phases and industry shifts. Christian Schulte expressed during the acquisition process, the whish to focus more on his family and other projects out of the printing industry. In accordance with his wishes, THS Group now embarks on a new chapter under Simone Schroers’s leadership.
Having joined THS Group in 2010, Simone Schroers initially focused on developing MHS and gradually expanded her role to CEO of MHS and Sales Director of THS Group. Her knowledge of the market, customer relationships, and strategic vision make her the natural choice for this position. With full support from the organization, Simone Schroers is poised to build on ABC Group’s legacy and lead it toward further success.

Founded in 1995, THS Group is one of Europe’s leading MPS suppliers. The group has a production plant based in Hemer (near Dortmund), and a sales and distribution network in Europe.
