LD Products scoops 12th Bizrate award

LD Products has announced that it recently received the Bizrate Circle of Excellence Award for the twelfth consecutive year.
Conducted by consumer ratings service Bizrate.com, an online provider of customer-generated reviews, the award recognises a select group of e-commerce retailers that earned an exceptional satisfaction score on the service’s post purchase surveys.
Customers rate retailers on all points of service, including price, shipping time, customer support and product selection. Millions of online shoppers give feedback to more than 6,000 online businesses each year, providing an unbiased account of everything from their shopping experience to their post purchase opinion of a product.
Now LD has revealed that the company “is proud to be one of just 123 companies that were honored with the Excellence Award for 2017, earning an overall customer satisfaction rating of 9.4 /10.”
