The Colorado company has purchased Irvine, California-based ALPS Altus.

LaserCycle USA, Inc., provides customers with document management, software and technology solutions, including nationwide MPS. It is also an authorised reseller of printers, copiers, and MFPs from OEMs including HP, Ricoh, and Sharp.

Its new purchase, ALPS Altus, was founded in 1989 and is an authorised Xerox, Brother, and Samsung dealer operating across California and further afield. Like its new parent company, ALPS Altus also offers MPS, document management solutions, and other technology services.

The Californian company was advised during the deal, the terms of which remain confidential, by Zygoquest Group’s Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski, providers of customised merger and acquisition services.
