Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski of Zygoquest Group advised Laser Image Plus Imaging Products, a toner cartridge remanufacturer and wholesaler, on the sale to Magnum Print Solution.
Zygoquest Group served as the advisor to Laser Image Plus Imaging Products, Inc. and its owners Rob and Teri Pool on the sale of assets to Technology Systems, Inc.
Laser Image Plus Imaging Products, Inc., founded in 1987 and located in Costa Mesa, California, was owned and operated by Rob Pool and Teri Pool. Laser Image Plus remanufactured and distributed toner cartridges and toner kits on a wholesale and retail basis. Laser Image Plus lists some 12,000 different products for sale, including a coveted MICR line.
Magnum Print Solutions, founded in 1993 and headquartered in Seattle Washington, is a toner cartridge remanufacturer and printer and copier repair centre. Magnum has received awards such as INC 500/5000, Washington Green, Washington State Governors Award, Puget Sound Business Journal 100 Fastest Growing Businesses. Magnum is owned and operated by Stephen Seavecki and Ryan Van Quill.
