Kyocera Document Solutions America, Inc. has launched a series of 10 cloud-ready A3 MFPs, comprising six colour models and four in black & white. The new EvolutionNext series is characterised by its cloud-readiness, on-device AI-driven smart capabilities, industry-leading security, and exceptional quality with reliable performance and versatile finishing options.
Every device in the series comes with Kyocera cloud solutions pre-installed straight out of the box, helping to optimise productivity and streamline tasks:
- Kyocera Cloud Capture (KCC): Users can enjoy a free one-year trial of KCC, which facilitates quick and secure document capture and storage.
- Kyocera Cloud Print and Scan (KCPS) and Kyocera Cloud Information Manager (KCIM): Users can activate these subscription-based solutions in an instant. KCPS helps customers move their print infrastructure to the cloud and enable mobile printing, helping to reduce costs while supporting hybrid work environments. KCIM helps customers store documents and automate workflows securely in the cloud.
The EvolutionNext series (also known as the TASKalfa MZ7001ci Series) is the next step in your business evolution, enhancing workflows with AI capabilities, such as Image Defect Prevention, Handwriting Enhancement, and Confidential Document Guard.
