Kubinski sold to Ford Business Machines

Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski of Zygoquest Group “seeking to unite” served as the advisor to Kubinski Business Systems, Inc. and its owners Howard Kubinski and Ed Kubinski on the sale of its copier, printer, and MFP division to Ford Business Machines.
Kubinski Business Systems, Inc., headquartered in Erie, Pennsylvania and owned and operated by Howard Kubinski and Ed Kubinski, was founded in 1938. Kubinski Business Systems was a full-line Konica-Minolta and Xerox dealer which sold and serviced office equipment to customers throughout the counties of Erie, Cattaraugus, Warren, Crawford, Chautauqua, Venango, and Cuyahoga.
The copier, printer, and MFP division of Kubinski was sold to Ford Business Machines, while Kubinski retained and continues to operate its Point-of-Sale and Timekeeping division.
Ford Business Machines, headquartered in Connellsville Pennsylvania with branch offices in Pittsburgh and Hermitage Pennsylvania, was founded in 1991. Ford Business Machines is owned and operated by Johnathan Garlow, President & CEO, Justin Garlow, Director of Business Development, and Josh Gerson, Vice President of Operations.
