Konica Minolta organises “customer meets” in India

Konica Minolta India hosted a series of meets to interact with Enterprise customers across the country.
In meets held across four locations, Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, and Pune, the company engaged with end users and gained insight into their business requirements and market dynamics through this networking event.
Konica Minolta said that this insight is instrumental in guiding the company’s leadership as they make strategic decisions and develop policies that address their customers’ unique requirements while keeping pace with the market’s ever-changing needs. Ultimately, this aids Konica Minolta in serving its customers better, building lasting relationships, and achieving long-term success. The meets also aimed to foster more robust and long-term customer relationships, the company added.
The meets aimed to highlight the benefits of using Konica Minolta’s multifunction office printer (MFP) technology that enhances businesses’ efficiency on account of its new-generation features and new age solutions to address customer challenges. These customer meets were held over a month. The leadership team of Konica Minolta attended the meetings.
