Konica Minolta hires HR specialist

Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. has announced that Victoria (Vicky) Ringwood has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Human Resources.
In her role, the OEM says Ringwood will work in partnership with Konica Minolta CEO, Rick Taylor in order to “drive a meaningful, impactful, human capital resource strategy that facilitates and supports our business.”
She will work with Konica Minolta’s leadership and HR teams to instil best practices needed to drive business outcomes, and to keep pace with current and future growth of the company.
Ringwood brings nearly 20 years of progressive Human Resource experience to her post, having most recently led HR for the Mobile Division of Samsung Electronics Americas. Ringwood’s background includes talent acquisition, talent management and HR business partner positions in noteworthy companies including, Tyco International, American Standard and Honeywell.
Ringwood holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s in Sociology from the University of Connecticut.
