Knight Office Solutions recognised by CRN
February 17, 2022
Knight Office Solutions, a Texas-based managed services provider, announced that the company had been named to the CRN MSP 500.
Awarded by CRN, the designation marks Knight’s third consecutive appearance on the annual list, which recognises IT services providers that are using innovation to transform the channel.
“The solution providers on our 2022 MSP 500 list deserve credit for their innovative and game-changing approaches to managed services in these unpredictable times,” said Blaine Raddon, CEO of the Channel Company. “In addition to having to adjust their own business operations to account for the changed conditions during the pandemic, MSPs have also seen increased demand for their managed communications, collaboration and security services.”
Combined with a rapid shift toward cloud computing, 2021 saw many organisations re-evaluate their IT environments in order to shore up vulnerabilities and improve accessibility for the large number of employees still working from home. For Knight, these factors contributed to year-over-year revenue growth of nearly 50% in the company’s managed services division.
“The pandemic revealed significant deficiencies in many areas of IT, and the market has turned to outside providers for help managing increasingly-complex environments,” said Mitch Huffman, Founder and Co-President of Knight Office Solutions. “Technology is transforming the workplace at a pace never seen before, and we are committed to providing responsive IT services to meet the needs of a rapidly evolving business landscape.”
Knight’s growing focus on cloud solutions expands on a managed IT offering that also includes systems and network monitoring, help desk, security management, backup and business continuity, and application development.
