Knight named to MSP 500 list
March 9, 2021
Knight Office Solutions, a Texas-based managed services provider, announced that the firm has been named to the 2021 CRN MSP 500 for the second consecutive year.
Published by The Channel Company, the annual list recognises MSPs who are using innovation to reshape the IT channel.
“Technology has never played a more critical role in business operations, and we are honoured to be recognised among the nation’s leading providers of managed technology services,” said Mitch Huffman, Knight’s Founder and Co-President. “As the business landscape continues to evolve, we have redoubled our efforts to provide client-focused solutions and best-in-market support.”
Those efforts have been accelerated by the needs of an increasingly remote customer base, with Knight expanding its offering of cloud services to provide greater resilience and improved availability. The company has also expanded the ranks of its leadership team, adding both a Technical Project Manager and Quality Assurance Director to ensure that Knight’s customers enjoy a smooth and responsive service experience.
“Effective MSPs enable companies to focus on their core objectives while improving the quality and reliability of their cloud computing capabilities,” said Blaine Raddon, CEO of The Channel Company. “The solution providers on CRN’s 2021 MSP 500 list deserve recognition for their innovative and forward-thinking approaches to managed services, and the ability to optimize operational efficiencies and systems to maximize return on investments.”
In addition to its cloud consulting and implementation services, Knight’s managed IT offering includes systems and network monitoring, managed system security, IT help desk, mobility management, backup and disaster recovery, and workflow automation.
