September 26, 2023
The company announced the celebration of the “well-deserved” retirement of Galina Rapp.
On 21 September, the KMP family said goodbye to their valued colleague Galina Rapp, who after 29 years with the company entered retirement.
The small celebration took place in a cosy atmosphere and was accompanied by a glass of champagne and a bouquet of flowers from the company’s board member Jan-Michael Sieg. Also present were HR Manager Werner Watzinger, Department Head Kerstin Sieg and her colleague Jana Sporrer.
Galina started her career at KMP on 22 August 1994 in the toner department. Later, she moved to the ink department where she took over responsibility for the bag filling systems and round tables at Epson. At the same time, she worked closely with development and took over the quality control of dyes and chemicals for incoming goods control.
In 2008, Galina moved to shipping, where she became an important addition to the team, the company added. She took over the responsibility for the bulk packing station. From 2018, Galina joined the development team and helped prepare our products for certifications as well as daily production controls, sampling and collaboration on accompanying development projects in the inkjet area. Until her retirement, Galina Rapp worked in development.
KMP added in its announcement: “We sincerely thank Galina for her many years of outstanding work and wish her all the best for a fulfilled retirement. Congratulations, Galina!”
