KMP celebrates employee anniversary
September 7, 2023
During a small ceremony, CEO Jan-Michael Sieg, HR Manager Werner Watzinger and Team Leader Slagjana Cavdarovska expressed their sincere thanks to Anett Schäfer for the many years of good cooperation.
Anett Schäfer’s career at KMP is a prime example of commitment and professional development, the company said. Her journey began on 1 September 1998, when she decided to train as a warehouse logistics specialist. Even then, her interest in logistics processes was evident. After the successful completion of her apprenticeship, Anett did work for a short time at the goods outlet, where she gained fundamental experience and got to know the processes in the company.
However, her potential was quickly recognised, and today she is a key contributor to the smooth running of KMP as the person responsible for order planning and assignment, the company explained.
KMP wrote: “This area of responsibility requires extensive specialist knowledge and a pronounced organizational skill, qualities that undoubtedly distinguish Anett. Particularly noteworthy is Anett’s flexibility and forklift design, which make it possible to actively intervene in warehouse operations and unload trucks in critical situations.
“We would like to congratulate Anett Schäfer on this impressive 25th anniversary and thank her for her tireless dedication and valuable expertise. We look forward to following this path with you. All the best, Anett!”
