Kelley makes triple acquisition

The company has acquired three companies, Mountain West Office Solutions of Helena & Billings, Copier Doctors of Butte and Valley Business Systems of Polson.
Kelley Imaging Systems announced that it has expanded its market reach in Montana through the acquisition of three dealers, Mountain West Office Solutions of Helena and Billings, Copier Doctors of Butte, and Valley Business Systems of Polson.
These strategic acquisitions round out Kelley Imaging’s state-wide coverage of Montana to better serve existing and new customers, the company explained. Through seven Montana locations, Kelley Imaging offers an array of office and business automation products including copiers, wide-format plotters, managed IT services, managed print services and document management solutions.
Servicing Helena and Billings customers since 1994, Patrick Williams of Mountain West Office Solutions said: “I see significant benefits from the access to an expanded portfolio, resources and service team of a larger firm that can more fully serve Montana businesses.”
According to Judi and Todd Case of 23-year old dealer, Copier Doctors in Butte, MT, “The market is rapidly growing and the broad services offering and experienced Kelley Imaging team is a game-changer for us.”
