As the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to be seen across the world, Katun has been working to ensure the safety and wellbeing of their customers and partners as well as their ability to support customers and their ongoing business requirements.
In a letter to its partners, Katun has outlined its commitment to its partners and customers during this difficult period.
Katun said: “At this time, each of our offices and distribution centres in Europe, North America, Latin America, and Asia remain fully operational. Katun’s leadership team is meeting continuously to assess and appropriately respond to the crisis as it evolves.”
Furthermore, Katun is ensuring it operates in accordance with local government and public health authorities. The health and wellness of its employees remains a top priority, the company added. This means putting in place many actions to limit potential transmission, including working remotely and utilising online collaboration capabilities.
Katun concluded: “We are working tirelessly to ensure an ongoing safe environment, while at the same time remaining committed to serving our customers.
“In times of crisis, the importance of supply chains and valued partnerships become amplified. We know that this outbreak may have affected the supply chain from OEMs and other suppliers, and how that could affect your operations. Rest assured, we are fully committed to you and are prepared to meet your needs with robust inventory levels and a stable, consistent supply of product.
