Katun introduces the Katun Technical Alliance Programme

Katun Corporation announced the introduction of the Katun Technical Alliance Programme for its North American customers.
The Katun Technical Alliance Programme enables dealers to work directly with Katun’s experienced technical staff to help them solve issues or answer technical questions, the company explained. Programme benefits include new product launch previews, early testing opportunities, proactive assistance with product improvements, and quarterly technical reviews (including quality updates, lost business review sand warranty claim reviews).
In addition, through the Katun Technical Alliance Programme, dealers can receive product specific training, including detailed information on how products are produced and tested. Katun also offers on-site seminars that cover a wide range of topics.
Enrolled dealers will work directly with a Katun CTS (Customer Technical Service) Manager that is Six Sigma certified, has OEM training and decades of experience in the imaging industry.
