Katun committed to circularity
November 14, 2018
Katun Corporation has been re-affirming its active participation in the circular economy by offering office equipment dealers and distributors an ever-expanding range of remanufactured toner and drum cartridges for use in MFDs and MFPs.
Katun explains that the company has made a conscious choice to use long lasting designs and the re-use of and/or remanufacturing of as many products as possible to support one of its core values: “in order for people and organisations to prosper,” states Katun, “we must protect the environment first, as a healthy planet and a healthy community go hand-in-hand.”
“At Katun, we take pride in being able to help companies become more environmentally friendly, by supporting product re-use and material recycling to reduce waste and environmental impact,” said Heidi Boller, Katun EAME General Manager. “It’s even more satisfying when our products enable our customers to improve their bottom line profitability. By choosing a Katun remanufactured product, office equipment dealers and distributors are making the choice to actively support environmentally friendly products and policies. We appreciate our customers’ support – a remanufactured product often costs a little more than a new build – re-using / remanufacturing products helps our economies and our communities in many different ways. We take our environmental responsibility very seriously – so do many of our customers – thank you!”
The list of Katun remanufactured products are available via Katun’s website and the Katun Online Catalogue (www.katun.com/kolc.)
Katun also states that “our customers can use the expanding network of recycling partners in Europe to join the effort.”
