Johan Nieuwoudt joins RTS Imaging

RTS Imaging are pleased to introduce its newest staff member, Johan Nieuwoudt.
Nieuwoudt will be filling the newly created position at RTS Imaging of Customer Technical Support Manager.
Traditionally, in large markets, Katun have used this role to bridge the gap between the technical side of product development and the practical side of everyday use of Katun products in a dealers’ business.
Prior to joining RTS, Nieuwoudt spent the last five years in a similar role with Katun in Africa. His previous experience includes time as a technician on Ricoh and Canon Machines and then as a service manager for a Konica Minolta dealership.
RTS explained that his background allows him to assist Katun customers in the Australasian market and the broader South East Asian territory serviced by RTS Imaging. Having worked as both a service manager and technician he is uniquely placed to help both dealership owners and managers to achieve cost savings whilst satisfying the service departments need for knowledge, measurement and detail, the company added.
Nieuwoudt is based in New Zealand and will spend most of his time travelling to support RTS Imaging’s customers.
