ECi Software Solutions has announced the appointment of Jeff Ralyea as the new President of its Manufacturing Division. Ralyea’s new role will involve refining the IT solutions provider’s manufacturing and product positioning strategy, as well as driving greater collaboration across the division, accelerating growth.
To do this, he shall work with the leaders of the JobBOSS, Macola, and MAX manufacturing software businesses, that were acquired by ECi in September last year, and which were combined into its existing M1 manufacturing business.
Ralyea, who will be based at the company’s corporate headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas, spoke of his excitement at joining the company and helping to take them forward.
“I look forward to working with ECi’s 8,000-plus manufacturing customers to help them deliver exceptional products and services to their customers,” he said. “The solutions in our portfolio have a track record of success within the SMB manufacturing space. I am excited to leverage and expand on that success.”
Prior to joining ECi, Ralyea spent over two decades in the manufacturing software industry, which included senior leadership positions with SAP Software Solutions, Infor, and most recently Ellucian. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Management Information Systems and Services from Clarkson University in Potsdam, New York.
“Jeff is truly devoted to excellence. He has many years of senior leadership experience in the manufacturing software industry with a strong background in product management and the development and delivery of cloud-based solutions,” said ECi’s President and Chief Operating Officer, Trevor Gruenewald. “His skillset and experience put him in a unique position to solidify and expand our leadership position in the growing SM manufacturing market.”
