Int’l ITC announces new board member

The International Imaging Technology Council (Int’l ITC) announced the appointment of Heather Fotch, Founder and CEO of Quality Imaging Solutions, to its Board of Directors.
Fotch’s company is a Washington state-based printing solutions provider delivering printer hardware, managed print services, and remanufactured printer cartridges.
“Heather brings a new perspective to the board, as she is a dealer as opposed to a remanufacturer,” said Int’l ITC Executive Director Tricia Judge. “She knows what customers want. And she knows what dealers want from remanufacturers. We need that perspective.”
“Heather will bring invaluable input as a successful dealer in the aftermarket to the Int’l ITC board of directors,” said Int’l ITC Director and Executive Committee member Bill Henry of American Laser Products. “She will also be an invaluable resource in our efforts to keep our members up to date with timely information on OEM activities regarding firmware, program updates and OEM strategies. These issues directly affect the reseller and MPS customer bases that remanufacturers depend on. With two decades of experience in the aftermarket, Heather could also be instrumental in our interactions with the OEMs. Welcome aboard Heather!”
Fotch shared her enthusiasm and strategic vision for her new role within the Int’l ITC. “As someone who has dedicated over two decades to the printer imaging supply industry, I am honoured to join the board of directors of the International Imaging Technology Council. Bringing a dealer’s perspective, I have a deep understanding of what our business and government customers value most—sustainable and ethically sourced remanufactured inkjet and toner cartridges, reliable printer parts, and top-notch printer hardware. I look forward to leveraging my experience to further the advocacy, promotion, and educational efforts of the Int’l ITC, and to drive strategic initiatives that will benefit our members and the industry as a whole.”
