Integral hires Zoltan Matyas

Matyas recently joined Integral as the Marketing and Business Development Manager with a focus on developing and implementing a fresh, new digital marketing strategy.
Toner manufacturer Integral has appointed Zoltan Matyas to the role of Marketing and Business Development Manager to develop and implement Integral’s marketing strategy and oversee all marketing operations, the company announced in a press release.
Matyas brings 16 years of marketing and business experience working for market leading firms. Most recently he was business development manager for Germany based wta Carsten Weser GmbH. Prior to that Matyas helped Uninet Imaging to develop business in several European markets and was the General Manager of Uninet’s European operation for several years.
Speaking of the appointment, Integral´s CEO Jan Hageman said: “With the hiring of Zoltan Matyas, a new chapter will begin at Integral in terms of Marketing and International Business Development. The Digital transformation and a shift of our customer’s attention from traditional media to digital platforms push us to reinvent our approach to marketing. I heard Zoltan’s presentations a few times and admired his knowledge and passion about the topic so I’m confident he is the perfect person to help us taking our brand to the next level.”
Matyas told The Recycler: “The profile of the customers are changing and ignoring that is no longer an option. My front-line sales management experience and business development skills will help Integral to strengthen its position and customer relationships in several European and overseas markets. I’m extremely excited about my new position as it’s a unique opportunity to perform in a 2in1 role. I will manage business development in several markets as well as create and oversee the new digital marketing strategy. Integral is looking to strengthen the brand, engage with existing customers better and onboard new prospects looking for a premium quality alternative to OEM. The new role will see Matyas develop and implement a fresh, new digital marketing strategy focusing on engaging the imaging aftermarket on digital platforms with value-based content and a new corporate website.
