ACM Technologies expands its market footprint and acquires InkCycle’s client network as it seeks new ventures.
ACM Technologies, Inc. has officially acquired the customer base of Kansas-based InkCycle, which has decided to leave the industry to pursue new business activities. This move is set to expand ACM Technologies’ influence in the market, leveraging its extensive experience in distributing both OEM and compatible ink and toner cartridges.

This transition is not just a transfer of business; it’s an opportunity to extend our reach and showcase our commitment to excellence and innovation in the industry.” He assured that the integration process would be seamless, with no interruption in service, thereby maintaining the quality and reliability that InkCycle’s customers are accustomed to.
ACM Technologies is known for its wide-ranging product offerings, exceptional customer service, and robust distribution capabilities. With four strategic locations across the United States, the company promises efficient two-day ground shipping to most of the country, ensuring timely deliveries.
The acquisition signifies ACM Technologies’ ongoing commitment to lead in the evolving market by exploring innovative solutions and capturing growth opportunities. As part of this commitment, ACM has vowed to honour all existing agreements with InkCycle’s customers and to work closely with each one to cater to their unique needs and preferences.
InkCycle, based in Lenexa, Kansas, specialises in remanufacturing inkjet and toner cartridges and was once the market leader in the reuse of inkjet cartridges. Its environmentally friendly approach involves recycling used cartridges and remanufacturing them into high-quality, reusable products. This initiative not only saves costs for consumers but also significantly reduces landfill waste.
David Connett, a Partner at Connett & Unland GbR, told The Recycler: “This strategic acquisition highlights the ongoing consolidation in the imaging supplies market and ACM Technologies’ vision for the future.”
