InfoTrends seeks survey participants

The market research firm, a branch of Keypoint Intelligence, is seeking office equipment dealers or resellers to take part in a survey it is conducting on serviceability.
As PRINTITRESELLER explains, the purpose of the survey will be to “understand what technical service tools Vendors/OEMs offer and how dealers are satisfied with service offerings.”
The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete; all responses will be given on an anonymous basis and “analysed in aggregate.”
By way of thanks, InfoTrends is offering participants a £25 or €25 (depending on location) voucher, which will be forwarded by email.
