Bringing Tracy Garcia on as the new Chief Client Strategy Officer marks Impact’s latest investment in developing and delivering a top-tier client experience.
Impact Networking LLC (Impact) announced the appointment of Tracy Garcia as Chief Client Strategy Officer, effective 2 September, marking a significant investment in the company’s long-term commitment to delivering a top-tier experience.
With more than 20 years of expertise in client experience, service delivery, and strategic account management, Garcia has built a reputation for driving measurable outcomes while fostering strong and enduring relationships with both customers and colleagues.
Garcia embodies the customer-first mindset, saying, “making sure we understand their business, how the technology impacts their workflows, and then applying that knowledge in supporting that client is always going to lead to a better experience, which leads to stronger growth initiatives, and just happier people all around.”
In her new role, Garcia will lead Impact’s client strategy initiatives, focusing on retention, service excellence, and aligning operational innovation with customer needs by establishing a clear voice that will inform decision-making. Her leadership will play a critical role in ensuring Impact continues to deliver the highest standards of client service as the company expands.
“Impact is doubling down on our investment in the client experience, and Tracy is the right leader to take this priority to the next level,” said Mike Lepper, Chief Executive Officer at Impact Networking. “Her proven ability to unify teams, optimise service delivery, and create value makes her an invaluable addition to our executive team.”
Her appointment is the latest step in Impact’s strategy to position itself as the go-to national partner for comprehensive business management services. By prioritising relationships and investing in retention, Garcia’s goal is to create a client experience that is predictable, consistent, and excellent, allowing Impact to truly set the standard for customer-first growth.
