Impact names new Chief People Officer

Impact Networking, LLC announced the promotion of Cynthia Bennett to Chief People Officer (CPO).

The company said that this newly established executive role underscores the company’s unwavering commitment to its people-first philosophy. The milestone appointment reflects Impact’s core belief that people—not products—are the foundation of exceptional customer experiences.

Cynthia has played a pivotal role in shaping Impact’s culture and building the talent engine that fuels our success,” said Anthony Cucco, Chief Operating Officer.

“She understands that putting people first—our employees and our customers alike—is how we build long-term value and a brand people trust. I have complete confidence in her ability to lead us into this next phase with the heart, grit, and strategic vision she’s always brought to the table.”

Cynthia’s journey at Impact began 13 years ago when she joined as a receptionist in the company’s small Waukegan office. Over the past decade, Cynthia built Impact’s recruitment division from the ground up, developing scalable hiring processes and forming a high-performing talent acquisition team.

Her efforts have helped attract thousands of employees to the company—many of whom have grown into leadership roles themselves. She is additionally pursuing ongoing education at Cornell. Her progression from Receptionist to Recruiter, Recruiter to Director, Director to VP, VP to Partner, and now to Chief People Officer is a living example of what is possible when someone leads with heart, resilience, and relentless dedication, the company added.

As CPO, Cynthia will oversee all aspects of Impact’s People Operations department, including talent strategy, human resources, DEI, and employee experience. Her mission is to ensure that Impact continues to be a place where people are empowered to grow, and where every employee can see a path forward.

This new role will be instrumental as Impact continues to scale nationally and evolve its brand as the go-to partner for holistic business management solutions. By doubling down on internal culture, Impact said it is reinforcing its commitment to exceptional service, innovation, and customer success—all fueled by a workforce that is inspired, valued, and aligned.
