HYB visits EDS and other local dealers in Malaysia

During the trip, HYB engaged in conversations with local dealers and distributors in Malaysia and conducted market research to understand customer demands.
The visit also included comprehensive sales training for EDS’ sales crew and discussions of current market trends, customer preferences, and industry competition, gaining a deeper understanding of EDS’ challenges.
The sales training covered a range of topics, including product knowledge and sales techniques, and the company said it worked closely with the EDS team to develop customised solutions.
