HYB updates ROHS certificate

The company announced the successful renewal of its ROHS certificate.
The ROHS certificate certifies compliance with the European Union’s directive restricting the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.
With rising environmental awareness, ROHS certification has become a prerequisite for products entering the EU market. The directive prohibits the use of harmful substances such as lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs), and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) in EEE, aiming to minimise their presence in electronics due to their risks to human health and the environment.
HYB, already a ROHS-certified company for years, views this certificate renewal as both recognition of past efforts and motivation for future commitments. The company said it has invested heavily in research, production, and testing to ensure product compliance, strictly adhering to ROHS requirements and conducting rigorous environmental audits on raw materials and components.
