Plaintiff Dashon Hines claims HP Inc. has violated the terms of the contract established between the defendant and plaintiff.

Dashon Hines entered into a “All in One” contract with HP inc. in February. In his lawsuit filed in the United States District Court, Northern District of California on 2 July 2024, he alleges that HP breached the contract, by not upholding its promises of providing services stated in the Terms of Service.

Hines alleges that HP made promises to “provide services such as print, scan and fax documents”, and claims he “has failed to receive those services”.

Hines is claiming damages of $1 million (€924,116), “due to the actual and projected loss of productivity, damage to personal office equipment”.
