August 15, 2019
Konica Minolta’s Vicky Ringwood has been honoured as a 2019 Women Influencer by The Cannata Report.
Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. announced The Cannata Report has named Vicky Ringwood, Senior Vice President of Human Resources, to its prestigious 2019 Women Influencers list.
Vicky Ringwood joined Konica Minolta in 2018, bringing with her 20 years of technology-driven human resource experience from her positions in HR leadership, talent acquisition and talent management at companies such as Samsung Electronics and Honeywell.
The Cannata Report chooses each of their influencers based on leadership within their companies to drive connections and bring diversity and innovation to the workplace. Ringwood’s internal and external human resources efforts have demonstrated great success in attracting and retaining talent for Konica Minolta through demographic shifts and technological transformations. As a result, candidate flow has tripled since January, when Ringwood began her initiative to modernise the company’s online media presence and engage its workforce to promote the company culture and their personal experience on social media.
“It is a tremendous honour to receive this recognition from The Cannata Report,” said Ringwood. “Their efforts to keep the importance of female leadership front and centre are invaluable, and reinforce the value of women in leadership and the innovation that comes with a diverse and inclusive work environment.”
“Given the challenges dealers continue to face regarding the hiring and retention of talent, the experienced, affable, and genuine Victoria Ringwood was a natural for our 6th annual Women Influencers Issue,” said CJ Cannata President and CEO of The Cannata Report. “We are also proud to feature another accomplished senior executive from Konica Minolta like Ringwood, given the OEM’s continued authentic commitment and approach to diversity and inclusion.”
