The companies have partnered and signed an exclusive Australian and New Zealand distribution agreement.
CRN reports that Sydney-based software vendor Happen has signed an exclusive distributor agreement for Australia and New Zealand to distribute EKM Insight print management software.
In 2019 Jonas Software AUS Pty Ltd acquired Happen Business Pty Limited.
EKM is an independent company with 20 years’ experience of delivering improvement for companies, enterprises, managed service providers, resellers and wholesalers through its EKM Insight print management software.
