ISO 14064 certification highlights GPI’s commitment to sustainability and emissions transparency worldwide.
GPI has achieved ISO 14064 certification, an internationally recognised standard for greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting, reporting and verification, strengthening its environmental credentials.
ISO 14064, part of the ISO 14000 family, provides principles and requirements for quantifying, monitoring and reporting GHG emissions, as well as guidance for verification and validation of data. The standard enables organisations to demonstrate credible emissions reductions and support global decarbonisation goals.
The certification comes as businesses worldwide face mounting pressure to comply with climate disclosure rules and cut emissions.
For GPI, aligning with ISO 14064 underscores a commitment to best practice in carbon management and greater transparency in environmental reporting. The company said: “This recognition reflects our commitment to transparency, sustainability, and a lower-carbon future.
“Working with GPI means partnering with a company takes sustainability seriously.”
