The company’s approach to service excellence is grounded in ongoing support and includes the implementation of an advanced monitoring system. This system is designed to ensure optimal service delivery to the users of the Territorial Delegation of Health and Consumer Affairs, facilitating swift responses to consumable replenishment and technical issues, thereby ensuring high availability of the Delegation’s printing resources, the company explained.
Embracing the principles of the Circular Economy, GM Technology and the Territorial Delegation of Health and Consumer Affairs share a commitment to sustainability. This partnership focuses on the reuse and recycling of resources, which not only promotes efficiency and cost savings but also aligns with mutual goals of environmental stewardship.
A notable aspect of this collaboration is the adherence to the BSI remanufacturing standard for the supplied equipment, highlighting GM Technology’s pledge to provide not only advanced but also environmentally respectful solutions.
GM Technology said: “We thank the Territorial Delegation of Health and Consumer Affairs of the Junta de Andalucía for trusting us and we are committed to continuing to offer solutions that not only respond to current needs, but also contribute to building a more sustainable and efficient tomorrow.”
